E1. All jobs listed on Hire & Higher are listed for a fixed period of 30 days, which is subject to change without notice. If unsuccessful, jobs can be re-listed free of cost for a further 15 days after which standard prices will apply.
E2. Hire & Higher agrees to carry out the skill-matching process and with utmost fairness, and send the details of the applicants to the respective employer. Any process occurring thereafter is the sole responsibility of the employer.
E3. Hire & Higher reserves the right to reject any listing or information provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason either before uploading or after uploading the vacancy details. Under such circumstances, any amount paid for, may be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of Hire & Higher.
E4. Hire & Higher places no guarantees that there would be a satisfactory response or any at all response once the job is put on display. The level of response is subject to the interest of the respective applicants’.
E5. Job Listings would be posted on the Hire & Higher Portal upon receipt of full payment by the employer based on the pricing structure provided on the website/brochure, unless agreed to a specific pricing package by the team at Hire & Higher.
E6. Hire & Higher would not be held liable for the display of any information provided by the employer. All information provided must be authenticated and verified by the employer at their own cost. Furthermore, Hire & Higher would also not be liable for the loss of data due to any technical or non-technical reasons beyond its control. The team at Hire & Higher would endeavour to recover any lost information to the best of their ability so as to prevent any delay in the selection process. If required, any fees paid by the employers would be refunded on a pro-rata basis solely at the discretion of Hire & Higher.
E7. Hire & Higher reserves the right to change the look and design of the website www.hirenhigher.co.nz at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice.
E8. Employers are required to keep their password discrete and are encouraged to change their password every 3-6 months for security purposes. Hire & Higher will not be responsible for the security of the Employer’s account if their password is disclosed to a third party by the employer or any individual of their organisation.
E9. Employers cannot claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over any information provided by them on the Hire & Higher website.
E10. The above Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, solely at the discretion of Hire & Higher
